Based on his experience overseeing the North Korea Trade Capacity Project and multiple trips to North Korea, Dr. Bernhard Seliger, representative of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Korea will speak about the current situation in the DPRK at the Woodrow Wilson Center on May 6th. The discussion will be moderated by James F. Person, Project Coordinator of the North Korea International Documentation Project at the Woodrow Wilson Center.
